Westlock – Spring Pickleball Doubles Tournament

Format and schedule

• Saturday round robin men’s and women’s 5 game minimum and Sunday mixed 5 games minimum
• W 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0+ Saturday April 12, start 9:00 AM sharp Sign in at 8:30 AM
• M 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0+ Saturday April 12, 1:00 PM start, Sign in at noon or earlier
• Mixed 3.0 and 4.0+ Sunday April 13, 9:00 AM sharp Sign in at 8:30 AM
• Mixed 3.5 Sunday April 13, 1:00 PM start, sign in at noon

Food- enjoy our free snacks/coffee kitchen or buy hot food from facility kitchen. Please provide
the following information and forward to Wes at joan.weslatimer@gmail.com Registration by email; text not
accepted.

Type in an email for registration:

• your 1st event, your and partner’s names, email addresses and phone numbers
• your 2nd event (if you have one), your and partner’s names, email addresses and phone numbers
• If you want to play but do not yet have a partner: list partner as TBD (to be determined) If you do not
  give me your partner’s information by April 1st, I will phone you. If you cannot give me partner’s
  information you will be replaced by someone on the waiting list.

Women= W, Men= M and Mixed =Mix

Money and other sundries

• $35 cash per player for first event and $30 for second event. Payable in cash on arrival
  please, as we are going old school. Exact change would be appreciated.
• There is usually a waiting list for our events so please contact Wes @780-349-0505 if the
  unforeseen happens to you or your partner & you have to cancel.
• First come first serve basis.
• When a category is filled a waiting list will be started.
• This is the time to try out a new tournament partner or play a first-time tournament
